This is a used bundle consisting of: 4 core / 8 thread i7 4790K CPU (Devil’s Canyon). The CPU has been DELIDDED and overclocked with watercooling. Target vCore under load of less than 1.25v and 80C Max. Mushkin Enhanced Blackline, 2x8GB 1600MHz. BeQuiet Shadow Rock Pro cooler. Original boxes for the motherboard, cpu and cooler with some of the assorted accessories including I/O shield, Intel cooler and various other bits. I personally delidded this CPU and have cared for the system since new. I appreciate that many people are not aware of / aren’t confident with delidding. As a result I have prebuilt the system for you: 1. Re-attached the socket clamp. Applied TIM to the CPU and integrated heat sink, before closing the clamp. Attached a CPU cooler. Updated the Bios, reset to default values and then manually applied the correct memory timings, voltage and speed. Tested the system is working. As a result it is ready to be used. I’ll take off the CPU cooler for posting the socket clamp is closed, holding the integrated heat sink firmly in place. All you have to do is put the CPU cooler back on with a little bit of TIM (there’s some in the CPU cooler box). Used primarily for gaming and general everday use.
